Water supply and sewage effluent disposal proceedings

We offer elaboration of an application with necessary attachments, including water supply and sewage effluent disposal statement, indispensable for the Ordering Party to be granted a binding permit required by the Water Law Act.
 

According to the Water Law Act (Art. 122), the permit required thereof is necessary in the case of:

1. Special use of waters; (...) in particular:

• Intake and disposal of surface or ground waters;
• Disposal of sewage to waters or ground;

2. Creation of water facilities; (i.e. outflow)
3. Introduction to sewage systems own by other entities of industrial sewage containing substances which are particularly harmful to the water environment (...)

We offer records in accordance with the requirements usatawy of 27 April 2001 on waste:

1. hazardous waste management program if it produces hazardous waste in quantities greater than 0.1 Mg per year
2. information on waste generated and how the management of waste produced, if it produces hazardous waste in an amount of 0.1 Mg per year, or more than 5 ton per year of non-hazardous waste
3. permit to generate waste which arise in connection with the operation of the installation, if it produces over 1 ton of hazardous waste per year, or over 5,000 Mg non-hazardous waste per year
4. permit the recovery and transport of waste collection

For the plants where air pollution emissions is present, we offer elaboration of the following documentation:

Air Protection Report
is an attachment to the application for a release of emission permit or declaration regarding the plant which does not require any permit.
 
According to the Act Environmental Protection Law (Art. 220):
Introduction to the air of gases or dusts from plants requires the permit, subject to cases defined in the following Ordinances:
Ordinance of December 22, 2004 on types of plants whose utilization requires a declaration (Dz. U. Nr 283, poz. 2839),
Ordinance of December 22, 2004 on cases where introduction of gases or dusts does not require the permit (Dz. U. Nr 283, poz. 2840).

Ecological reviews are usually conduced as a result of a decision of an environmental protection body indicating circumstances of a negative impact on the environment of the plant or activity.
 
The ecological review should confirm or question all doubts arising in the aspect of plant operation and its influence on the environment quality and human life and health.
